I created The Affordable Home Sitter Service, when I was experiencing frustration in my own life with trying to travel.  I always thought the hardest part of traveling should be planning the trip, but it became more and more clear to me, that it was what responsibilities I had at home, that became the biggest issue!

I felt discouraged from trying to plan weekend get-a-ways, week vacations to see family, trips to California, Florida, Mexico, cruises, and trips abroad. I had opportunities to go places, but had to decline because I had a cat that nobody could watch for me, a yard to water, plants in my house, an aquarium full of fish, and lots of household responsibilities that required daily and weekly care.

So now I am in business to help you, so that you can have peace of mind when you have to be away from home.  I will take care of everything while you are gone....
